What happens once I submit the form?
The information you provided will be sent to us to review. We will reach out to you for more information and to schedule to see your home.
Why should I sell my home to you?
No realtor fees or commissions, no repairs are needed to sell us the home, and we can close as little as 7 days!
Is there an obligation once I submit my info?
Absolutely not! You need to do what is best for your family. Sometimes, selling to us may not be the best route and we'll let you know if this is the case.
What do you need to know about my house?
We'll need to know the basic information about your house. A few questions we may ask are:
- How many bedrooms and bathrooms are there?
- Is there a garage, detached garage, and/or basement?
- Are there any unfinished rooms?
- What is the condition of the house?
- Do you have a mortgage? If so, what is your remaining balance?
- Do you have an liens on the property?
- How long have owned the house?
Providing as much information at the beginning will help the purchasing process not only easier, but go quicker.
If I have a mortgage, does it get paid off at closing?
Yes, if there are any mortgage or lien balances those will be paid at closing. Any remaining payment leftover is yours to keep.
What if my house needs repairs?
Don't worry, the majority of the houses we purchase are in need of repairs and a deep cleaning.
What if my house isn't a single-family home? Will you still buy it?
We are still interested! We buy single-family and multi-family homes along with apartment complexes.
Where do you purchase property?
We are purchasing houses in Kokomo, Indiana right now, but are open to looking at houses in the surrounding areas.
Once you make an offer, how long do I have to make a decision?
Yes. Selling a house is a big deal! We encourage you to take time to discuss with the appropriate people. We are known for buying and closing quickly——but if you need extra time to decide, we'll be here when you are ready.
